My wife Shirley and I live in American Fork, Utah, a town about 30 miles South of Salt Lake City.  We would be considered seniors, but enjoy our retirement years.  I graduated from Brigham Young Unviversity with a degree in Chemistry.  I then spent 21 years in the Air Force mostly as a rescue helicopter pilot.  During that period, the Air Force sent me to school at Penn State University where I earned a degree in Electrical Engineering.  After that it was back and forth - flying assignments and engineering jobs.  Upon retirement from the Air Force, I started a company in the health care field.  Our company now has operations in five Western states.  I remain on the Board of Directors, but have retired from day-to-day operations.

Besides a love for the beauties of the universe, I enjoy golf, amatuer radio, traveling, and skeet shooting.  I also enjoy my family, we are up to about 30 give or take.  My wife Shirley has stuck by me for 55 years.  I'm a lucky guy.
